Privacy notice
How we handle your data when you visit this site and sign up for the founding member list. Last updated: 12 June 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Audens Ventures LLC ("we", "us"), registered at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We're the data controller for any personal information you share with us through this site.
For privacy questions or to exercise any of your rights below, write to support@thefounder.tools. We aim to reply within 7 days.
2. What we collect, and when
When you sign up for early access
- Email address: so we can contact you at launch.
- UTM parameters: if you arrived via an ad or a tracked link, we record where from.
- User agent: browser and OS string, to debug edge cases.
- Timestamp: the moment you signed up.
When you browse the page (only if you accept cookies)
- Engagement events: time on page, scroll depth, clicks on the buttons, modal submissions.
- Cookie identifiers These help us measure ad performance and improve the page.
If you reject cookies, none of the above is collected; analytics and ad tags do not load.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
- To send you the launch email and discount: performance of a (pre-)contract you've requested.
- To measure ad performance and improve the page: your consent (cookies).
- To prevent abuse and secure the service: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small set of vetted service providers ("subprocessors"). They process data on our instructions only.
- Google LLC (US): Google Tag Manager loads our tracking tags after you consent.
- Meta Platforms Inc. (US/Ireland): Meta Pixel attributes ad performance, only after you consent.
Transfers to the US rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
5. How long we keep it
- Signup data: up to 24 months from the public launch date, or until you ask us to erase it (whichever comes first).
- Cookie / analytics data: per Google and Meta retention defaults (typically 14–26 months), or revoked the moment you reject consent.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR (and equivalent regimes), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have it corrected or deleted.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive a portable copy.
- Withdraw consent at any time (including by clicking "Cookie preferences" in our footer).
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies
We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, advertising and analytics cookies are denied until you choose. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences button in the footer. The specific cookies that load depend on which third-party tags are connected in Google Tag Manager at the time.
8. Children
This site isn't directed at people under 16. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the record.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and, if you're on our list, we'll let you know by email.
