The rules of the road for buying and using thefounder.tools. Last updated: 12 June 2026.

1. Who's offering this

thefounder.tools is a digital product consisting of:

3. Pricing and the founding member offer

Standard price: $199 USD, one-time payment. Founding member price: $129 USD, locked in for the first 200 buyers before public launch. Prices exclude any local taxes that may apply at checkout.

4. Early access status

At the moment, the product is in pre-launch. When you sign up via the "Founding Member Access" form, you are not paying yet; you are reserving your founding price and joining the launch list. We will email you to complete the purchase the day the pack goes live. You're free to walk away at that point.

5. Refund policy

Once you buy, you have 30 days to email us and request a full refund. No forms, no awkward survey. We process refunds via the original payment method.

6. License and intellectual property

We retain ownership of the skill files and accompanying materials. On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use them for your own founder work. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them.

7. What this product is, and isn't

The skills are decision-support tools. They surface questions and frameworks a seasoned operator would use. They are not, and cannot replace, professional legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Decisions you make using the toolkit are yours alone.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the toolkit is capped at the amount you paid for it. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost opportunities, etc.).

9. Account and data

Your data is handled per our Privacy notice. You can ask us to delete your account-related data anytime.

10. Changes to these terms

If something material changes, we'll update the date at the top and email anyone affected. Continued use of the toolkit after a change means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the product ("Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted in English; hearings may be held remotely. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and we agree to bring any Dispute only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual-property infringement.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your purchase by emailing support@thefounder.tools with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order reference. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming as set out in § 11.
